reality check

I just got really startled. I almost walked straight into someone. Someone I can't face. She didn't see me. At least I don't think she did. I turned and walked out of there as fast as possible. Still shocked to my core I start to wonder where we went wrong? I truly don't think we'll ever talk again. Sad but true. We fell so far off the road that there is no going back.

Weird. I haven't seen her in almost 2 years.
