Dance show "shoes"

On our trip to London we went and saw a fantastic dance show at the peacoc theathre. If you happen to be going to London this is a must see! It's one of the best dance shows I've ever seen, and I belive it to be just as entertaining for non dancers as for profesionals. Here is a link to the theathres home page: Sadler's Wells Theatre

Here is what they write about the show:

"A celebration of one of the greatest passions of the modern age, Shoes is a song and dance spectacular that takes audiences on a journey from the lows of the croc via the agony and ecstasy of the stiletto, to the highs of the platform boot. Fresh from the pen of Richard Thomas (co-creator of Jerry Springer - The Opera) and the feet of top showbiz choreographer Stephen Mear (Sweet Charity, Mary Poppins), Shoes is a wickedly irreverent and affectionate look at the special power this seemingly innocuous item of clothing holds over many a shoe-addict.

Alongside Mear, Shoes displays the diverse choreographic talents of an A-list team of dance-makers; Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui (zero degrees, Sutra), Aletta Collins (The Red Balloon, The Tempest), Kate Prince (Into the Hoods) and Mark Smith (Deaf Men Dancing), who under Mear’s direction, have taken inspiration from Thomas’ hilarious lyrics to create dance numbers that reflect their own unique styles of performance."
